Logic maths puzzle

This optical illusion is a paper illusion. The illusion contains paper, Mr Pickard tricked us into doing some thing that includes maths something like some sort of logic maths puzzle or something like that. This puzzle is really confusing and can break your mind even just thinking about it but even just looking at it you mind is just twisted because you think about how could such a big piece of paper fit through such a tiny gap. But overall you are just confused. 

First you have to fold your paper over length ways, then you cut 3 slits on 1 of the sides and 2 on the other.Then you just have to flip either the left or the right side clockwise and there you have it a really confusing illusion.

Through my point of view it was really confusing on how to cut it and where to as well. If you don't like getting confused I don't really recommend it?
