Tessellation art
WALT creates a tessellation art project and describes our learning in our Blog.
For art we did an art style being tessellation. First we had to create our shape so that we could copy the shape over and over on the piece of paper, then we had to trace over the shape onto a piece of paper creating our tessellation pattern. We then drew on the pattern and coloured it in. I found this piece of art interesting because you would usually use this type of art with maths, if you were to attempt this, what colours would you add to it and what shape would you use?
