Pointillism. First attempt at pointillism

This is my first attempt at pointillism art.
W A L T: We were learning to create a piece of artwork, If you can't see it
My pointillism artwork it is a apple (Note to self never using vivid on ANY piece
of artwork IF needed use a fine point) Pointillism
is a art style that lets you create pieces of artwork with
tiny dots put together.
and usually if you do it right it will look like a picture
from a distance.
While attempting this pre-used art technique I felt that
it was really difficult even though
I have used this a couple years back for a pet day and it
didn't help that the vivid was a bit to thick for my suit.
Even though that it may just look like a little pieces of scribbles
but in my eyes I see progress for my never learning art skills
for pointillism!

Boney the MONSTER

This is a drawing of a monster that I Drew and named Boney.

Facts about Boney:
He was created as a unicorn but the scientist making him knocked over a lever that send a radioactive gas into the pen of his creation but when he knocked it over nothing happened so he flipped the lever back up and that is when the radioactive gas was let into his pen/cage and while the scientist was struggling he flipped another lever witch let a kangaroo into the pen/cage that the unicorn was in and they started to fight because of the radioactive gas. And as they were fighting the bit at each other, ripping skin off chipping teeth, pulling out bones and damaging each others skin/fur. And as the scientist was still struggling he flipped a lever which merged the two animals together and created Boney

Apple shading

Apple shading
WALT     We are learning to drawing an object with shading and using a soft pencil

Today we were learning how to use shading properly in pictures. First we watched a video on shading, the video was teaching you how to shade and teaching you about different parts of the shading area. There are 3 different parts of shading, there is the core shading, occlusion shading and the cast shadow. The video taught us about how to control the movement of our hands and arms. It also taught us how light balances the pictures and how some lines can make the picture pop out of the piece of paper. If you want to try and draw this apple you can try your self at Shading

I think that I did really well at the drawing and the way that we had to draw an apple from a circle. I liked the way the video was easy to follow and to understand.

This is my masterpiece that I drew.
